Youth Book Review Crew

Do you want to earn volunteer community service hours but it is difficult for you to get to the library? Do you love books and sharing your opinions?

You can earn volunteer hours by submitting book reviews. Submit one book review and earn an hour of volunteer time, providing the review meets several requirements below and is posted on the library website.

Write in your own words

  • Write 75 to 100 words
  • Tell us a little bit about the story. Keep the spoiler alert in mind!
  • Convince us to read the book or not.

We have provided a Review Form to make it easy to work at your own speed, earn the number of volunteer hours you like and on your schedule right from home.
